Modular constructed process systems are complete, skid-mounted production plants, pre-fabricated in a workshop environment. They are compact and require minimum field work to connect to your production plant. Modular engineering and construction are time and cost efficient and find growing interest in many industries. The assembly of a process module includes the assembly of the steel structure, the installation of equipment, piping, valves, field instruments and junction boxes and the electrical wiring. A factory acceptance test is carried out before transportation to site.

Building a skid-mounted unit in a workshop environment reduces the delivery time to a minimum. A typical timeframe for a complete process skid from purchase order to shipment is about 8-10 months including all design and engineering work. 

Lower overall investment costs: 

Compared with on-site construction a workshop manufactured process plant is up to 25% less expensive. In addition, the price for a modular process plant is usually fix. 

Flexible plant location:

Modular plants are well suited for remote locations and can easily be relocated to another location if required at a later time. 

Sea container size possible: 

Modules in container size result in lower shipment costs.
